Bat Blitz 2011
The Southeastern Bat Diversity Network will be doing a bat blitz in North Carolina July 31-August 4, 2011. There is a link for more information on their home page at:
It might take a little schmoozing but it should be possible to visit at the mist net sites and see the bats. One purpose of the blitz is to educate the public and most bat people are happy to share, in my experience.
