February-March trips

An update on guided mammalwatching trips this winter:

– The trips to Vietnam and Sichuan are re-scheduled to either next fall or next winter. I am now planning to run the Vietnam trip as a real mammal diversity blitz, rather than a simple twitching flick. We’ll go to a very remote location where no mammal surveys have ever been conducted.

– I still have many openings on the “solenodons, jutias and bats” trip to Cuba and the Dominican Republic (Feb 19-Mar 6). We’ll look for birds and herps, too. You can sign up for one island or both. Americans welcome, too.

– There are 1-3 spaces left on the Alaska trip (Feb 6-14). This one is really cheap since there are no guiding fees.
Please let me know if you are interested.
