Hoary Bats in Arizona

Micah Riegner – who was one of our guides on a fabulous Amazon cruise last year – sent me these notes about an encounter with several Hoary Bats in Yavapai Country, Arizona this month.

Hoary Bats are – in my opinion – one of the most attractive bats in North America.
