Here’s a report from Lennart Verheuvel who spent 3 days looking for Lynxes at a hide in Andujar.

Your pictures are superb. It’s a perfect way to start your list and it’s something I hope to do soon.

I have the same objective, but for now, I focus on the 9 biggest cats (the Pantherinae subfamily, the Cheetah and the Puma). I’ve seen 6 of these so far, plus the Marbled and Leopard Cats, so don’t hesitate to send me a message if I can help. The Indochinese Clouded Leopard is the one that’s constantly on my mind.

Thank you! I hope to get those in time too. I am going to Namibia, Botswana and South Africa in July and this will hopefully also bring in some of the big cats (the smaller ones that live there will probably more difficult). Just ticking them off one by one 🙂

Wow, stunning pictures and thank you for thr report!
I am planning to visit Andujar this year to find a Lynx too. In the very last sentence you mention some „known spots“. Where are these known spots?

    Greetings, Mat
