I am both a guide and a biologist.
As a biologist I work in the Institute of General and Experimental Biology.
I started working as a wildlife guide in 2009 when I worked as a researcher for EarthWatch expeditions, who brought international volunteers to Mongolia. I became an independent guide in 2013, and established my company Wildlife Tour In Mongolia (www.mongolianwildlifetour.com
) in 2018. Now, as a tour operator, I can organize wildlife tours across Mongolia with target species including Snow Leopard, Pallas’s Cat, Argali Sheep, Wild Ass and Przewalski’s Horse. I also run bird tours.
I also run an NGO – the Steppe Wildlife Research and Conservation Center (www.steppewildlife.org) – that focuses on Pallas’s Cat conservation and research. I donate some of the profit from every tour towards research, conservation, and local education.
