Trip Report – Bolivian Mammalwatching Tour – Royle Safaris – August 2022
In the summer of 2022 Royle Safaris ran our first of 3 mammal focused (special interest in cats) trips to Bolivia. All were very successful with 5 species of cat being seen on two of the trip trips and 4 species being seen on the other trip. Altogether over 50 species of mammals were seen including great species such as Chacoan peccary (which were seen on every trip), greater grison, Bolivian river dolphins and new records for the area including kinkajou.
