An ill fated Red Panda watching holiday (with incredibly nonseasonal weather resulting in an explosion of poisonous hairy caterpillars (in plague proportions) covering all of the trees and most of the vegetation, meaning red pandas were not in the trees as usual (and conspicuous)), but we did see various mammals here including a baby Bhutan giant flying squirrel we rescued, Assamese macaque, Himalayan thar as well as getting a leopard cat on camera trap and finding evidence of both Indochinese clouded leopard and common leopard in the area.
