Saw this seal at Furan, Hokkaido. We did see some harbour seals but this one looks more speckly than the rosettes that we saw on the harbour seals so I wondered if it was a Largha Seal? Opinions appreciated:

I would say that is Largha Seal based on my experience in Hokkaido this year.
Harbor seals are very variable, but this one also seems to be a bit plumpy, so I’d say largha.
