A Single Opening for my Colombia Trip in Jan 2026 with Rob from Wild About Colombia

Hi everyone!

Unfortunately one of my friends had to cancel, which means that there’s a single opening on my 4-person trip to Colombia in Jan, 2026!

Again, this is a MAMMAL watching trip, though I’m sure there will be some beautiful birds along the way.

The itinerary is 17 days, visiting Rio Claro, El Paujil, El Roble, Montezuma, Otun Quimbaya, Chicaque, Chingaza, and San Jose del Guaviare. With the prime focus species being:
Andean Bear
Mountain Tapir
Northern Oncilla (now split into ‘Clouded tiger cat’)
Olinguito
Golden-backed uakaris, Brown spider monkeys, among 28 species of primates, several of which are endemic
Dwarf hairy porcupine
Mountain coati, mountain paca and pacarana <— some leads on those
Even pink river dolphins

And with varying chances at many other mammal species on both the Western and Eastern slopes of the Andes, as well as the lowlands.
