Bali and Timor-Leste: diving with Blue Whales and more!
This was a trip like no other! Watching a Blue Whale under water had been a long-awaited dream for me and it was worth the wait! Furthermore I had a really nice sighting of Dugong and was still able to add a few extra lifers to my list. The mammal list was not very long, but some of note were:
Horsfield’s Treeshrew, Javan Langur, Blue Whale (under water), Dugong (under water), Melon-headed Whale, False Killer Whale, Pantropical Spotted Dolphin.
I would appreciate thoughts on the ID of the only bat I photographed.

Holy smoke! Such nice photos.
I think your scientific name of the Javan Langur is wrong though.
I think this is East Javan langur (Trachypithecus auratus) as it is present on Bali.Javan Surili (Presbytis comata) is only present on the island of Java.
Just check twice to be sure 🙂
