Hi people,

In the summer of 2017 I had a fantastic fiveweek trip in Brazil. One of my best trips ever!

The Pantanal, Mato Grosso: Azara’s Agouti, Collared Peccary, Common Brown Brocket, Common Red Brocket, Crab-eating Fox, Crab-eating Raccoon, Giant Anteater, Giant Otter, Greater Capybara, Horned Capuchin, Jaguar, Lowland Tapir, Marsh Deer, Paraguayan Howler, Pallas’s Long-tongued Bat, Southern Tamandua.

Chapada dos Guimarães, Mato Grosso: Brazilian Cavy.

Rio Azul Jungle Lodge, Pará: Azara’s Night Monkey, Neotropical River Otter, Common Big-eared Bat, Seba’s Short-tailed Bat, Red-nosed Bearded Saki, Spix’s Howler, White-whiskered Spider Monkey.

Serra da Canastra National Park, Minas Gerais: Maned Wolf.

Itatiaia National Park, Minas Gerais/Rio Janeiro State: Black-horned Capuchin.

Fazenda Bacury, Sao Paulo State: Brown Howler, Hoary Fox, Nine-banded Armadillo.

Also seen but not filmed: Puma, Tayra, Guianan Brown Capuchin, Brazilian Squirrel, Proboscis Bat, Greater Fishing Bat, Common Tapeti, South American Coati, Pampas Deer, Southern Black-eared Opossum, Coypu
