Uganda Trip Reports

I’m just back from a brilliant tour of Uganda with Harrier Tours, guided by Brian Lokutae who I’d strongly recommend if you can get him. 41 mammal species ranging from lions and eastern gorillas to yellow-winged bats and dwarf scaly-tailed squirrel. 11 primates according to the latest taxonomy revision.

The following is a general wildlife report on the western rainforest leg, but including full mammal lists for the whole trip. The other reports will follow soon.

Great blog – thank you for sharing!
We are just in the midst of planning a trip with Harrier Tours, and so really helpful seeing your positive review.

Hi Harriet, glad you found it useful, I’m sure you’ll have a great trip. There are more reports to come in the next couple of weeks on Queen Elizabeth NP, Bwindi and Lake Mburo NP but if you have any questions feel free to message me either on here or through my website. My whole trip was excellent, the only wasted day was the ‘Golden Monkey’ watching, but the rest was superb.
