I haven’t been to Uzbekistan yet, but I’ve included community reports from those that have.

Uzbekistan, 2026: Romain Boquier, 1 (mainly cultural) week & 6 species including Yellow and Long-clawed Ground Squirrels, Bactrian Deer and Argali.

Uzbekistan, 2016: Michel Gervais, 3 weeks & a few mammals including Pallas’s Cat, Argali, Turmen Gazelle and Long-eared Hedgehog.

Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, 2013: Mark van Beirs (Birdquest), 18 days & 14 species including Yellow and Russet Ground Squirrels, Grey and Bobak Marmots, Saiga and Marbled Polecats.
